All horoscope readings, sign profiles and compatibility texts in Starvia are for entertainment only. They are prepared with the help of AI and are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Starvia mobile app (com.eoxyn.burc) and the starvia.eoxyn.dev website provided by Eoxyn Ltd. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
- Starvia is free, works without an account and is supported by Google AdMob ads.
- Daily, weekly and monthly readings and compatibility texts are general entertainment content; they are not personalised and do not predict the future.
- Do not base important decisions (health, money, relationships, legal matters, etc.) on this content; consult a professional where needed.
3. Age requirement
Starvia is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not use the app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to reverse engineer it, scrape its content automatically, abuse the advertising system (for example with fake clicks) or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, icons and software in the app belong to or are licensed to Eoxyn Ltd. You may share images you create with the share-card feature for personal use; copying content in bulk, selling it or publishing it in another service is not allowed.
6. Ads and third parties
The app shows Google AdMob ads. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services in their ads. How data is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Eoxyn Ltd is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the accuracy of the content, uninterrupted availability or decisions made in reliance on the content. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.
9. Governing law and contact
